fake nagios check

Wanted to demo something or just test Nagios? Here is a plugin written in php (so you need the package php5-cli) that ‘checks’ the values written in an ini file.

* added exit parameters

* added $critical to performance data
v0.4:
+ Random values
  generates random values between two given values in the `val` variable
  example : val = "23~45"
  generates a random value between 23 and 45
* check if the ini file exists
v0.5
+ default values
  when the special section ´defaults` is given in the ini file,
  the values in this section will be set as default values for all other
  sections if the value in a section is not given.
* You can now define the low value in the ini file
